Program Description
The Hairstylist Diploma program is designed to teach students the fundamentals of Hair Styling, Beauty and Health. This detailed program exceeds basic knowledge, providing an extensive overview of different styling and cutting methods, product knowledge, tinting and bleaching techniques. After completing this program, students will recognize hair types, conditions, treatments and application. The creative component teaches students professional terminology the identification of different hair types, cuts and styles, color analysis and correctional techniques.

Admission Requirement
The minimum requirements for admission to CLI is an Alberta High School Diploma. Mature Student Status: The Potential student must be 19 years of age or older, have Grade 10 English and Mathematics. All applicants must provide proof of age and pass an entrance examination.
