- Ensure the image is clear, well-lit, and fully cropped (all corners visible)
- ID should be free from glare or reflections
- Acceptable formats: Passport, Driver’s License, or Provincial ID
- Your Signature
- Some parts of the form will require your digital signature
- Please ensure that your signature is clear and matches your official documents
